Terms and refunds

Who we are

Joinerwise is run by [business name], ABN [number], [town, state, country]. Contact: [email].

What you're buying

A licence to use the designer's outputs (cut lists, drawings, drilling files, hardware lists and assembly steps) for the product it covers, on the plan you choose:

A job is one job name. Unlocking a new job name uses one job. Changes to that job and downloads of its files are free for 30 days from when it was unlocked. You can use the files you download for your own and your clients' projects, with no time limit.

Your licence key is for your business. Please don't share it publicly or resell it.

Your responsibility

The designer is a tool to help you plan and make slat screens. Check every drawing, size and drilling file before cutting, and make sure the design suits the site, the loads on it, fire and building rules, and the materials you use. Fixings, structural sizes and steel cores are suggestions, not engineering advice. We aren't liable for wasted material, site problems or any loss from using the outputs, except as required by law.

Payments

Prices are one payment per plan, in the currency shown, before tax. Card payments are sold through Stripe as the merchant of record: Stripe adds any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you are, shows the total before you pay, and sends your receipt. We never see your card details. XRP payments must be the exact amount with the destination tag shown, within the time the price is held. XRP payments are final on the ledger, so a short, late or untagged payment is sorted out by hand: email us with the transaction ID.

Refunds

Try the designer and every preview for free before you buy. If it doesn't work for your shop, email us within [14] days of buying, before using more than [2] jobs, and we'll refund you in full and cancel the licence. Card refunds go back to the card. XRP refunds are paid in XRP to the address you name, for the same USD value at the time of refund. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law (in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law).

Changes and availability

We keep improving the designer. We'll try to keep it running, but can't promise it will always be available. If we ever stop running it, we'll give at least [90] days' notice so you can download your jobs.

Law
